Cañón 49
Social Media Post

Cañón 49 is Grand Canyon University's newest on-campus sit-down dining option for students, professors or families visiting their students, offering daily specials, large portions and house-made tortilla chips. 

​

 

​Partnering with a student graphic designer, I developed an engaging and humourous social media post to promote and advertise Cañón 49's $10 "Cheesy Enchilada Monday" special. 

​

To me, what makes enchiladas unique from other Mexican cuisines is the different color sauces they come with. Inspired by this idea, my partner and I created an online debate to see what other people think is the better sauce. This not only allowed us to create a friendly debate online, but it also allowed for more engagement on Instagram.
